SA: The People's Republic DLC

This is an expansion for Shattered Aether, an Illuminated game by Colt Hack. This is supplemental material only, and does not include basic rules.

      The People’s Republic exists outside the oversight of the Overseer, consisting mostly of small villages that seek to preserve cultures of the old world and reject the imperialistic unification of the world’s populations. The People’s Republic (TPR) operates carefully to avoid the reach of the Keeper network and to minimize encounters with the Overseer’s agents. They are usually self trained, but are more independent than Keepers and often stronger because of it. The Aether powers that they have developed are more guerilla, as Fighters for TPR are willing to sacrifice everything to protect their people. On some very rare occasions, Keepers and Fighters will work together to defeat especially powerful daemons, but keep such collaborations quiet in order to protect their own autonomy and pride. 

This expansion contains 4(!!) new classes, a new weapon table, new powers, and new lore!
