A full class for the world's most popular tabletop roleplaying game.

Promotional art by Jade Merien

Primary version made in GM Binder, but a printer friendly version is available as well.

With the clink of beakers and glass tubes, a high elf finishes her project. She tips a small tube and a thick gray liquid pours slowly out onto the table. The puddle of liquid ripples and moves on its own, pulling together and forming the body of a creature, the size and shape of a hairless cat, but with wings. It stretches and jumps, flapping its leathery wings to hover in the air above the table.

In a dark storage room, a halfling in robes rifles through a stack of scrolls. Over his shoulder, a figure steps into the doorway, about to discover his treachery. Without even looking back, he lifts his hand crossbow and fires it directly into the chest of the figure. A small Clay golem that appeared to just be decoration on a nearby shelf climbs down and begins rifling through the figure's belongings while the halfling continues to search for secrets among the scrolls.

Unarmed and outmatched, a tiefling potion maker stands in a throne room, surrounded by guards. With a smile, he pulls a fist-sized blob of clay from his pocket and throws it in front of him. As it travels through the air, it transforms into a large, hulking wolf-like creature, with fur and clay armor accompanying its massive fangs and claws. The potion maker's smile doesn't fade as the creature tears through the guards.

Shapers are scientists and alchemists, using chemicals and a sprinkle of magic to bring their creations to life. They create creatures to serve them, protect them, and fight for them. From designing their own golems to modifying their giant ooze, a shaper is never out of tricks. If an artificer is an engineer, a shaper is a biochemist.

About Me:

I have been playing dnd since 2007, playing first edition, ad&d, 3.5, and of course 5e. I have a deep grasp on mechanics, balance, and what to look for in homebrew. I build all of my homebrew to be in the B tier, meaning it can thrive in many situations, but is not broken or more powerful than the average official content.

Thanks for taking the time to check it out!
